Shipping method and shipping costs
The shipping costs are always FREE with a minimum purchase of 50 euros, also to Belgium! Under € 50 you only pay € 4.95. Keep in mind that the delivery time to Belgium will take a few days longer than shipments within the Netherlands.
In addition, you can always track your package, because we send the PostNL track & trace code with the shipping confirmation. Do you have special wishes regarding shipping? Send an E-mail before ordering, and we will work with you to see what the possibilities are.
Delivery time
We aim to send your package to you within two working days after payment. Do you order before 16:00 on weekdays? In many cases you will have your order delivered the next day. It is possible that there is a delay in our mail order company (PostNL). Unfortunately, this is beyond our sphere of influence and requires your understanding.
Payment
We offer a number of payment methods on our website. As soon as you receive confirmation from us that the order has been received in good order and payment has been made, the package will be sent to you. The payment is almost always the same day with us, provided you transfer the amount yourself by bank transfer. Payment will be made through a secure payment environment by our payment provider Mollie BV. You will also see this party in your payment environment as the beneficiary during the payment. Almost all payment methods are free of charge for you, with the exception of credit card payments. A small fee will be charged for this. This fee can be found during the ordering process in the cost overview.
Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 (calendar) days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping within 14 days if you return the items in good condition. Only the costs for returning from your home to our webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to us within 14 days after registration of the return. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@xorizon.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return.
